Andy has over 26 years in the construction industry; he started work in 1983 as a Contractor's Trainee Quantity Surveyor gaining experience on a wide range of construction projects performing roles from office duties to estimating, general surveying and contract management.

Prior to joining AMPM in 2000 Andy was Service / Contracts Manager for a National Maintenance Contractor, a position he held for over 3 years

After joining AMPM in a Senior Management role he was appointed a Director in 2007, and heads up AMPM managing a team of 21 Surveyors and Helpdesk staff.

Andy takes an active and hands on approach to the business function role of AMPM, ensuring that the service we provide is continually monitored and enhanced to ensure AMPM retains a cutting edge in FM.

Andy is married with 2 children & a dog, enjoys music, especially indie, new wave & rock, and has recently resurrected his old "vinyl" collection with a new turntable. He is passionate about his beloved football team West Bromwich Albion, and has been a season ticket holder for over 15 years.
