Maintenance Surveying

Our FM process gives the client dedicated Surveyor and Contract Management support, whose primary function is to control cost and generate savings against Client's budget parameters.

Our process offers total transparency to ensure that all parties, the Client, the Contractor and Ourselves work towards and achieve “Cost Effective Maintenance”

We undertake (unlike some FM providers) a 100% technical audit of all invoices to ensure adherence to both contract rates, and ensuring that time spent on site is akin with the works completed.

This coupled with monitoring of Key Performance indicators ensures that we achieve our goal of cost savings, and guarantee a self funding solution – the savings generated will be greater than our fee.
