Asset Management Property Maintenance Ltd (AMPM) came into operation at the end of 1997 offering maintenance management. The company was set up to procure and manage cost effective reactive and planned preventative maintenance contracts, providing improved financial control, timesaving, auditability and accountability.

In 2006 AMPM set up a 24/7 365 day a year helpdesk to work in conjunction with the cost management side of the business. It allows AMPM to offer a one stop maintenance service and resolve the demands of their clients Facilities Management programmes. At the forefront is the recognition that a client’s needs are specific and unique to the service demands of their operation.

AMPM are confident that they can save a client money whilst offering a robust FM solution that will profoundly change their maintenance aspirations.

We currently manage the maintenance requirements of several thousand properties nationwide and operate a 24 / 7, 365 days a year maintenance helpdesk utilizing state of the art, computer aided facilities management software with dedicated helpdesk operators, who understand the maintenance needs of our clients, and who work along side our surveying team to achieve cost effective maintenance.
