Novus Leisure has 39 bars and nightclubs across the UK, with 31 situated in the West End and City of London.
Their Tiger Tiger brand night clubs regularly have over 1500 people attending on a Saturday night, making it high volume footfall sites, with staff focus on customers enjoying the “experience”.

AMPM have worked with Novus Leisure since an internal reorganisation, and have developed a total “one stop shop” for properties to phone our helpdesk, report problems and are assured that contractors will attend as requested.
The contractor data base has been rationalised, with AMPM working closely with Novus Leisure to ensure that the right type of contractors are appointed, after understanding the limitations of working in central London, with many contractors preferring the tube than traditional vans as the transport of choice.
Due to high numbers of people attending and complexities of some of the sites, (many are underground with pumped water and drainage systems), we have leant how to deal with specific emergency situations to ensure the clubs remain open at all times.

We have developed a complete suite of reports, after working closely with Novus Leisure accounts department, to understand their accounting needs, and providing reports that facilitate into their business and are used right up to board level. This has helped the business maintain budgets and keep precise financial control over all reactive and planned maintenance.
