AMPM to Launch New Data Management Service.

(Mon 8th Jun 2009)

Data Storage - click to view

AMPM has yet again raised the bar with an exciting new web based product that enables its clients to remotely view any documents they need to at the click of a button.

AMPM have worked with their IT Partners to develop a state of the art on-line data management system that will store all of your compliance documentation in an easy access web portal. Documents like electrical test certificates, asbestos registers, PAT test certificates can be retrieved from any PC or PDA with a simple secure log on process. The portal has been designed to provide easy access to individual documents and has a powerful search engine so you can identify your documents easily and quickly.

"It will help us revolutionise the way we operate in the FM world. We can store any document in any format and furthermore it's instant for our clients to see, we will hold data that may otherwise be lost on site, bringing peace of mind to our customers," says Andy Oldershaw Director of AMPM.

Imagine the scenario whereby a Health and Safety Inspector visits site and asks to see your compliance certificates only to find that they have been filed away and no one knows their location, not even the General Manager. With AMPM's data management solution - it's merely a case of logging on to the service via AMPM's website and selecting the file you wish to view, the H&S officer can then either view on screen or take a print out of the PDF file. As a further advantage of the system, in-house facilities managers can also log on to view, and prepare for the next planned maintenance.

The new service is one of many new projects that are currently being developed by AMPM and demonstrates the dedication AMPM has to its clients to tailor its services to suit individual specific requirements.

The client portal application will go live in early July and promises to satisfy the massive demand for its service.
