Simon Walker

Simon Walker BSc, FFB, MRICS

Simon is 42 years old and has been with Walker Cotter since 1995 having previously worked for Bridgewater & Coulton and EC Harris. Simon attended Wolverhampton University on a day release basis where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying. Simon is also a Fellow of the Faculty of the Built Environment(formerly The Faculty of Building) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Simon's involvement with Walker Cotter dates back as far as the early 1980's when school holidays were spent working at Walker Cotter; Simon's father being one of the founding partners of the practice in 1977.

Simon's speciality is Quantity Surveying and Project Management and he is vastly experienced in these disciplines specialising in Leisure and Retail Sectors.

Simon has two children. His interests include keeping active, reading, cinema, but mostly football. Born in Aston, his obsession is all things Claret & Blue.

Simon was made a Director in 2005 and was part of the management buyout team that formed Tetra Group in 2007.
